They chat it up a bit about the DC books they liked, the reboot as a whole, the high quality of IDW’s GI Joe books, Ian Churchill’s Marineman and Micah’s recent love affair with Franco-Belgian comics. On top of this there’s riveting conversation about new television shows like Terra Nova and older shows like Park and Rec. Micah displays amazing logic when it comes to his television watching in a conversation about Turn-A-Gundam. Bill loves foreign horror movies like “The Horde” and “Troll Hunter” and Micah just doesn’t watch movies. Most importantly the duo talks about cooking up tasty treats and canning salsa. It’s a treat. Blueberry Pancakes

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon of cinnamon
2 large eggs

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed (optional)

3 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

 

1. Mix the stuff.

Listen to the shortest episode of Geek Brunch Ever (someone fact check this) [NOTE FROM DEREK: Yes, it is, by about 23 minutes.] as Micah tries to pull a Lynne Rossetto Kasper and talk about pancakes.
